 In close association with property management and real estate sales, CENTURY 21 Realty Management Co., Inc also arranges financing on new projects and developments in addition to refinancing old ones. CENTURY 21 Realty Management Co., Inc is currently acting as development agent and consultant on a number of real estate projects.
In the past, we have been involved in the development of such projects as University Gardens Condominium, Farenholt Gardens, University Manor, Orleans Pacific Plaza, Greenpark Condominium, Agana Beach Condominium, Oka Towers Condominium, Taco Bell and many others. In conjunction with development and consulting in real estate
 projects, we have also assisted in obtaining mortgage financing for a number of projects on Guam. More and more, proper real estate financing is becoming the "heart" of a good real estate deal. With additional long-term mortgage money becoming available from local and off-island sources, we have been able to get a number of excellent loans for our clients. To date, we have arranged for over 40 million dollars in long term real estate loans.
