CENTURY 21 Realty Management Company Inc. performs property and leasing services for over 35 separate owned projects on Guam. Managed projects range from a 4,000 square foot retail building, up to 200 unit condominium complex.  Presently, we manage over 100,000 square feet of office and retail space. 500,000 square feet of warehouse space, and over 1,100 apartment and condominium units.

We prepare a monthly operating statement as part of management and leasing service. Client’s funds are maintained in  separate trust accounts. We retain an excellent team of contractors and repairmen for maintenance  and repair work. Because of the total volume of the work we perform for our projects, we are able to negotiate the cost far below that which the owner would have obtained if he was managing the project himself. The property management staff contains three professional property managers, four resident managers, and an executive property manager who carries Guam’s only C.P.M (Certified Property Manager) designation.
